This is a museum quality restoration and the bike is better than when it was new in 1962. All machine work done by Hannans Machine Shop of Hayward, Ca. No expense was spared and the attention to detail is very impressive.

Rebuilt engine runs great with only a few minutes on it. The Frame, swing arm, front end, engine and transmission are all original to the bike. Buyer is entirely responsible for picking it up or arranging shipping.ġ962 Panhead FLH recently restored using 98% original parts. I love this bike but I can't make the rent without selling it. Custom hand made leather seats are beautiful. The tank is original and was cleaned before being mounted. There's a high performance exposed primary and clutch that needs to be adjusted. The rear wheel and front wheels are new spoked with new tires. The brakes are rear only, Performance machine 6 caliper and are almost finished with all parts included. Straight shot pipes with small baffles, very loud.

It also has a custom oil bag and under license plate oil filter. It still has the kick start but also has a high end electric starter installed with a heavy duty battery in a custom box.
The pan-head drive train is complete with S&S carb. The frame and girder front end are very very special and rare original Harmans. It's registered as a 62 Harley, not a custom bike. This bike is nearly finished and it breaks my heart to sell it.
